What to write about
- Help with the app. Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version and what you expected to happen. Please don’t include the names or doses of your medications; we don’t need them to help.
- Privacy and your data. Requests to access, correct, export or delete personal data, and questions about how aizu handles it. The privacy policy explains what we hold and what we can’t read.
- Subscriptions and refunds. Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We’re happy to help if something looks wrong.
- Feedback, ideas and press. What would make aizu work better for your routine.

aizu can’t give medical advice. For questions about a medication, dose or side effect, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
