## What to write about

- **Help with the app.** Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version and what you expected to happen. Please don’t include the names or doses of your medications; we don’t need them to help.
- **Privacy and your data.** Requests to access, correct, export or delete personal data, and questions about how aizu handles it. The [privacy policy](https://aizu.co/privacy.md) explains what we hold and what we can’t read.
- **Subscriptions and refunds.** Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We’re happy to help if something looks wrong.
- **Feedback, ideas and press.** What would make aizu work better for your routine.

aizu can’t give medical advice. For questions about a medication, dose or side effect, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
